The purpose of our Youth Ministry is to Offer Christ, Grow in Faith and Serve Others.

February-Souper Bowl Sunday
Non-perishable food donations are accepted during all services for local food pantries through the Souper Bowl of Sharing.
 
May-Confirmation Graduation
Mid-high youth may participate in confirmation class beginning in February and celebrate their graduation in April during a church service.
 
June-Graduate Recognition Sunday
The church body recognizes those individuals who are graduating or celebrating a milestone.
 
June and July-Summer Mission Trips

July-Summer Camp
Your chance to get away during this United Methodist Summer Camp in Leesburg, Florida. Visit the camp website to register.
 
September-See You at the Pole Rally
Gather at your school flagpole, unite in the name of the One who died to save you, and pray for your school, friends, and families during See You at the Pole. Come together, just as Jesus prayed we would.
 
September-Rock The Universe  
This Christian concert series  at Universal Studios in Orlando is always a blast!  Christian Music's hottest bands perform.
  
December-Progressive Dinner
Enjoy each course of a meal at a different house. The last course is together at the church and ends with a gift exchange.

Summer camp

Warren W. Willis Camp, located in Leesburg, Florida is a great way for mid-high and senior high students to connect and remain spiritually grounded.  Camp includes an awesome week of sailing, archery, crafts ultimate Frisbee and spiritual growth. Register online. Spaces fill quickly so early registration is encouraged.

Sunday mornings

9:30 Worship Celebration
This praise service is geared to reach generations who seeks to connect with God through multi-media and modern day Christian music. Join our youth in the Sanctuary as they enjoy this worship together.
 
11-Noon Small Group Study
Middle and high school students gather for discussion about topics that impact their daily lives.
 
February-May Confirmation Class
All students in sixth grade or higher take the journey of confirmation during this course Sunday mornings from February to May. At the end of class the student may decide whether they are ready to make their public commitment to Christ and the church. A retreat in Leesburg, Florida is part of the curriculum. Sunday nights

5:00-6:00 pm   Youth Praise Band Rehearsal
Any interested youth are invited to meet in the Sanctuary for rehearsal.
 
6:00-8:00 pm   Mid-High & Senior High Youth Group
Sign in at Fellowship Hall for an optional snack supper ($3). Following snack time and check-in we head over to the Sanctuary for our own worship. After worship we break into age appropriate groups of devotional and discussion.
