Prayer blankets are a wonderful way to let someone special know the church is praying for them. They are available in a variety of colors and are embroidered with the recipients name. They are $15.

Prayer Blankets

Our prayer blanket is a great way to let someone near or far know East Lake UMC is praying for them. Choose the color of your blanket, fill out an order form with $15 and let us know what you would like embroidered on the blanket. Blankets are prayed over on the altar before they are available for delivery.
 

Prayer Pavers

 Engraved pavers are a wonderful way to honor a loved one, celebrate a life or share your favorite scripture. Pavers are dedicated and installed in our Prayer Garden as bulk orders are received.
 
  • Pavers come in two sizes; 8x8 for $150 and 4x8 for $100.
  • Please submit order forms with checks to the church office or place them in an envelope in the offering basket on Sunday mornings.
  • Make check payable to East Lake United Methodist Church with "prayer garden paver" written in the memo OR you can pay online on our home page by clicking donate.

Prayer Team

 Our prayer team receives prayer requests via email Monday mornings and prays over them all week. Any dedicated person can be part of the prayer chain. No prayer is too small.
 
Prayer request cards can be found at the welcome center and in the friendship pads Sunday mornings or made online by clicking here.
 
Requests can be dropped off in the welcome center mailbox on Sunday morings, weekdays in the church office, entered online or emailed to address below.

Prayer Vigil

 At various times throughout the year we hold prayer vigils to establish a spiritual foundation and undergird the church in prayer. We encourage everyone to take part in the vigil by signing up for a time frame to pray in the Sanctuary.
