Children's choir

All are invited to join our children's choir for fun and learning while we rehearse for a Christmas production and Easter production. Rehearsals are Thursdays from 4-5 p.m. in the sanctuary. Please print this form and send it with your child. |

Vacation Bible School
Music Camp Registration
Camp availability is on a first come first served basis. Please register your child(ren) by filling out the registration form, health form and on site permission form. All campers must have all three forms filled out and the health form notarized. Please bring all forms to Erin Lowe before the registration date. There is a $10 non-refundable registration fee for each camper.

Payment
We encourage you to submit payment securely online for a $1 processing fee by checking account, savings account or credit card (for an optional 2.75% fee). Click online payment above to process your camp fees. You may also pay by check. Checks should be mailed or brought into the Children's Ministry office Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Please make checks payable to East Lake UMC with "summer camp" written in the memo line. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. *There is a $10 non-refundable registration fee for each camper.
 Campers
Please make sure your camper wears tennis shoes and brings a brown bag lunch as needed. Light snack is provided. All camp counselors are screened and sign our child protection policy.
